My Weight Loss Regime Without Dieting





I, Satish Lal Acharya, followed a weight loss regime that did wonders to my body without going for a strict diet. So, I am putting down a few points from my notebook over here to have been used as a checklist to curb the fat gains.
First, I make it a point to eat snacks after every 3-4 hours on a regular basis. This may keep you satisfied while preventing you from overdoing it later. In the meanwhile, you should always aim for at least achieving a target of 150-200 calories filled with fibre and protein combinations. Second, I (Satish Lal Acharya) keep up with my coffee-drinking habits along with consuming unsweetened beverages to stay hydrated. Ideally, quench your thirst with 8-10 cups of beverages per day.
Good Sleep and a Hearty Breakfast Next Day



Enjoy a good sleep recommended seven hours a day for better metabolism. Regular bedtime never lets you feel hungry late at night to gorge upon the tempting snacks in your fridge. Breakfast must be the king of all meals everyday. So, keep it well-balanced to remain slim. Those who eat their breakfast regularly, are likely to consume 100 calories lesser during the entire day and hence, weigh lesser.
Those who breakfast on daily basis, can keep off 30 pounds in a year. Make it a nutrient dense meal of the day so that glucose reaching your brain helps you in thinking clearly and functioning optimally till lunchtime. Speeding up weight loss can be challenging. Therefore, double your intake of vegetables and fruits every day. They are low in calories and fiber-rich to let you stay away from fat while curbing your hunger.
Eat Greens, Fish and Dairy Products to Avoid Fat


For a change, you can try something new with me like orange and yellow peppers, spinach, purple cabbage, arugula, kale, asparagus, eggplant and Brussels sprouts. Those who fill up on such produce,eat 511 calories lesser a day.Try seafood too with more of fish which contains omega-3 fatty acids to quicken the fat burning process.
