Nutritious Drinks for Teenagers
The most sensitive phase in the lives of
people is the adolescence. In this stage, several physical changes take place
in the teens. So, it is essential to take proper care of your children during
their puberty and provide them healthy drinks so that they remain fit and feel
energized.
Many of the teens are unaware of the
nutritious drinks and end up consuming beverages that deteriorate their health
in future. Therefore, I, Satish Lal Acharya, would like to portray the
beverages that children entering into adolescence must consume for a healthy
living.
Cranberry
Juice
Cranberry juice contains a lot of nutrients that boost the energy level of the teens and hence enhance their work efficiency. It minimizes the risk of health related problems like urinary tract infections, heart disorders, cancer, etc. Also, it hydrates the body and boosts digestion of food.
Toned
Milk
Milk is one of the most essential
beverages for all age groups, especially for the teenagers. Usually teens
prefer drinking full fat milk but it is advisable for them to drink toned milk.
It contains majorly proteins to keep them fit and strong all day long. The low
amount of fat present in it reduces the risk of obesity.
Green
Tea
All those who are fond of consuming tea
regularly must try this beverage. Green tea is the healthiest version of a tea
that provides several benefits on regular intake. It contains nutrients that
burn excess amount of fat from the bodies through rapid blood circulation. Also,
it enhances the glow on the skin.
Orange
Juice
This orange fluid is major source of
Vitamin C that is essential to increase the energy level of the teenagers.
Besides this, the beverage protects the kids from problems like cataracts, lung
cancers, etc.
Banana
Milk Shake
Bananas contain sugar and minerals that are important for growing teenagers as these regulate the glucose levels in their bodies. Banana milk shakes are twice more beneficial to health than bananas as these also provide proteins along with the required vitamins and minerals.
During adolescence, every teenager must
take care of his or her health. So I (Satish Lal Acharya) suggest they must consume these beverages to minimize
the risk of health problems and hence remain fit and energized.
